Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on www.squishopia.ch. By placing an order, the customer accepts them.

2. Products

We sell squeezable stress-relief toys ("squishies") and boxes. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; colours and patterns may vary slightly, and "random" or "surprise" items cannot be chosen. Recommended age: 14+, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR) depending on the selected currency. As the seller is not registered for VAT, no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before payment. For deliveries outside Switzerland, any customs duties or import taxes of the destination country are paid by the customer.

4. Order and payment

The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. Payment is made online through our secure provider Stripe (see "Payment methods"). We do not store any card data. A confirmation is sent by email.

5. Delivery

Orders are packed and shipped by us from Switzerland, worldwide. Estimated delivery: 3 to 10 business days. See "Shipping".

6. Items arriving broken — refund

If an item arrives broken or damaged, write to us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo: we will refund the item (or replace it if you prefer). See "Returns and refunds". Apart from this case, items are not taken back or exchanged.

7. Liability

Squishies are stress-relief toys, not suitable for children under 3 (small parts). Do not chew or swallow. Our liability is limited to the order amount, except in case of gross negligence or intent and subject to mandatory law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Versoix (canton of Geneva), subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence.
