Cookie policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We also use the browser's local storage for some preferences. Here is what we use and why.

1. Necessary cookies (always on)

They are essential for the site to work and cannot be turned off. They are not used to track you.

• sq_cart — keep your cart (up to 30 days)
• sq_locale — remember your language (1 year)
• sq_currency, sq_country, sq_market — remember your currency and delivery country (1 year)
• sq_customer — keep you logged in to your account (60 days)
• sq_verify — verify your email when creating an account (1 hour)
• sq_chat — find your conversation with the assistant again (7 days)
• sq_consent — remember your cookie choice (6 months)
• sq_admin — login to the admin area (team only) (12 hours)

Browser storage (not sent to the server): for example so that the same information window is not shown on every page (sq_popups), or to remember some display settings.

2. Audience measurement (optional — only with your consent)

If you accept, we measure page views and product views pseudonymously to improve the shop. A visit identifier (sq_sid) is kept in browser storage until the tab is closed. The IP address is not stored. Statistics are deleted after 13 months. Without your consent, nothing is sent.

3. Marketing (optional — off by default)

If advertising tools are enabled (e.g. Google, Meta or TikTok), they are loaded only after your consent. They may then set their own cookies to measure ad performance. Their privacy policies apply.

4. Changing your choice

You can change your mind at any time with the "Manage cookies" button at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; your cart and login will then be reset.
