All orders are packed and shipped by us from Switzerland, carefully and in protective packaging.

Delivery time

3 to 10 business days after payment, depending on the destination. This is an estimate: postal services and customs can sometimes take longer.

Shipping costs

The exact cost is shown in the cart before payment, based on the delivery country (for example 6.90 for Switzerland and France, 9.90 for the rest of the world, in the selected currency).

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive a "Your order has been shipped" email, with the tracking number when there is one.

Customs

For deliveries outside Switzerland, the destination country may charge customs duties or import taxes; these are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcel
